Section 100. All Persons May Use Agency.

AS 25.27.100. All Persons May Use Agency.

(a) The agency shall provide aid to any person due child support under the laws of this state upon application. The agency may, by regulation, impose a fee for services provided under this chapter.

(b) [Repealed, Sec. 148 ch 87 SLA 1997].
