AS 09.10.040. Action Upon Judgment or Sealed Instrument in 10 Years.
- (a) A person may not bring an action upon a judgment or decree of a court of the United States, or of a state or territory
within the United States, and an action may not be brought upon a sealed instrument, unless the action is commenced
within 10 years.
