Section 470. Revocation or Suspension of Partnership, Limited Liability Company, or Corporate Registration or Permit.

AS 08.04.470. Revocation or Suspension of Partnership, Limited Liability Company, or Corporate Registration or Permit.

The board shall revoke the registration and permit to practice of a partnership, limited liability company, or corporation if at any time it does not meet the qualifications prescribed by the sections of this chapter under which it qualified for registration.
