AS 08.04.370. Use of Title "Certified Public Accountant" By Registered Office.

The title "certified public accountant" or the abbreviation "CPA" may not be used in connection with an office registered under this chapter unless the person in residence required by AS 08.04.360 is a certified public accountant in this state.
