AS 08.04.360. Supervision Required.

Each office established or maintained in this state for the practice of public accounting shall be under the direct supervision of a person in residence who holds a permit under AS 08.04.390 - 08.04.440. The supervisor may be either a sole proprietor, partner, principal, member, or staff employee. A supervisor may serve in this capacity at one office only.
