AS 08.04.210. Effect On Existing Certificates.

A person who, on April 26, 1960, held a certificate as a certified public accountant issued under the laws of the Territory or State of Alaska is not required to obtain a certificate under this chapter but is otherwise subject to this chapter. Certificates issued before April 26, 1960, shall be considered certificates issued under this chapter.
