AS 04.11.570. Refund and Forfeiture of Fees.
- (a) If an application for a license is denied, the board shall refund the license fee less the application fee.
- (b) A license fee may not be refunded after the license has been issued unless the board determines it has erred in the
issuance through no fault of the applicant.
- (c) If a license is revoked on grounds that statements made in the application are untrue, the license fee paid by the
applicant is forfeited to the state.
