AS 03.05.080. Controlling Exportation of Animals.
- (a) The commissioner shall establish requirements and procedures for examination and certification of dogs, cats, and
other animals being shipped out of the state.
- (b) In this section, "commissioner" means the commissioner of environmental conservation.
