FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

IN-AND-OUT BOARD NOW AVAILABLE FOR UNLIMITED NUMBER OF USERS
Now All Employees Can Touch N' Go!

ANCHORAGE, AK (November, 1996) - The popular personnel tracking software, Touch N' GoŽ, the Desktop In-And-Out Board, has just announced a breakthrough for its 100-User Enterprise Edition. The new Edition, scheduled to ship later this month, now has the capability to track an unlimited number of employees. Other advances made, since the Enterprise Edition was first announced last month, include some modifications to allow the program to run more efficiently on Wide Area Networks. The Enterprise Edition is, itself, an enhanced version of the 20-user Classic Edition of Touch N' Go'. In both versions, you can track the whereabouts of any employee at the touch of a button. With this newly-announced enhancement of the Enterprise Edition, each group of 100 employees can, in turn, be divided up into 5 separate departments or groups, making it even easier to find the person you need.

A 30-day fully functional online demo of Touch N' Go Enterprise Edition can be downloaded right now on the World Wide Web at http://www.touchngo.com/tng/tng.htm. The demo can be registered for continued use, or the software can be obtained on a 3-1/2" disk format from many resellers or direct from Touch N' Go Systems, Inc.

Touch N' Go saves time, money, and frustration by eliminating the resources often wasted looking for coworkers. Unlike manual in and out boards, people actually USE Touch N' Go, because it is instantly accessible from all workstations. Easy to install and configure, Touch N' Go is color coded with green, red or yellow to show whether an employee is IN, OUT, or IN* (in the office, but not available). For additional convenience, Touch N' Go's mini screen shows the status of all employees in the workgroup at a glance. Standard preset remarks are available in a simple drop-down selection box for Lunch, Doctor, and Vacation.

Other comments can be added to those selections for regular use, or on a one-time basis. Employees can manually update their display at any time, or rely on the system to automatically check for updates at certain, definable intervals.

The Enterprise Edition is also easy to customize. With a password, administrators can access security features to add, edit, and delete users, departments and setting options. Options include requiring employees to mark a return time, setting the length of time for each workstation to update status information, and a choice of civilian or military time. The software can also keep a log of changes in employee status.

The software works with Windows 3. 11 and higher and operates on all major PC network operating systems, including Novell NetWare, Windows NT, Lantastic, Windows for Workgroups, and Windows '95, at no additional cost per user. The program requires 9 MB of free hard disk space.

Touch N' Go Enterprise Edition will be available this month at a suggested retail price of $249.95 for 100 users. Additional users can be added at a discounted cost of $50 per 100 users (over 1000), or $100 per 100 users (under 1000). The 20- user Touch N' Go Classic Edition, is still available for offices with less than 20 employees, at a suggested retail price of $99.95.
