The new Corporate Edition allows 200 people (or things) to be tracked in 10 user-definable categories (i.e., departments) and can be expanded in 200-user increment--up to 4,000 users. The Corporate Edition retains the Classic and Enterprise editions’ ease of use, while doubling the number of users, and expanding user options to include customizing of fonts and colors. All three versions allow instant access to "Who's In," "Who's Out," and "Who Doesn't Want to be Disturbed." All three versions can also eliminate the need for publishing telephone extension directories, by posting extension numbers along with people's names.
