Anchorage, ALASKA -- Devon, U.K. Touch N' Go Systems, Inc. (TNG) and Guildsoft, Ltd., announced today that they have reached an agreement licensing Touch N' GoŽ -- The Desktop In-and Out Board to Guildsoft for manufacturing, distribution and sale in the U.K. and Eire.

Touch N' Go is the modern replacement for those old-fashioned in and out boards found in many offices. It enables companies to know the whereabouts of their employees at the touch of a button without leaving their desks. Touch N' Go is available in 3 versions -- conveniently tailored to fit the needs of companies with anywhere from 20 to 4,000 employees to track. The program installs easily on either local or wide area networks. All three versions allow instant access to "Who's In," "Who's Out," and "Who Doesn't Want to be Disturbed." All three versions can also eliminate the need for publishing telephone extension directories, by posting extension numbers along with people's names.
