New Features At A Glance

1. Installation accommodates for both 16 and 32 bit Windows platforms.
2. The installation program is now on a CD.
3. A colors option so users can select IN, OUT, or IN* status background colors and user names font colors for individual preferences.
4. The Status Report allows for quick printing of the last known status of all users.
5. The Mini Display Screen allows status changes. You no longer are required to go to the detailed screen.
6. More short-cut keys have been included: F2 brings up the Find window and F3 toggles between the Mini and Detailed Display screens.
7. More than 20 users can be added per department.
8. The Settings option now includes two new features: department tab positioning and default user comments for Remarks and the Return Time field.
9. The menu bar is more streamlined by consolidating earlier menu options into the File Menu.
10. Mass checkout, an Admin function, allows you to check out all IN statuses (not the IN* - In but Unavailable status).
11. Add out time - enables or disables time stamping of the OUT or IN* statuses.
12. The program is more resource friendly.
