5 AAC 27.407. Lower Cook Inlet herring management areas

Lower Cook Inlet herring management areas are as follows:

(1) Area 1: those waters of the Eastern District west of the longitude of Cape Fairfield (148ø 50.25' W. long.) and east of the longitude of Aialik Cape (149ø 31.1' W. long.);

(2) Area 2: those waters of the Outer and Eastern District west of the longitude of Aialik Cape and east of the longitude of McArthur Pass at 150ø 20' W. long.;

(3) Area 3: those waters of the Outer District west of the longitude of McArthur Pass at 150ø 20' W. long. and east of 151ø 11' W. long.;

(4) Area 4: those waters of the Outer District west of 151ø 11' W. long. and east of the longitude of Point Adam (151ø 58.5' W. long.);

(5) Area 5: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District south of 59ø 16.68' N. lat. and west of 153ø 37' W. long.;

(6) Area 6: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 16.68' N. lat., south of 59ø 23.13' N. lat., and west of 153ø 37' W. long.;

(7) Area 7: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 23.13' N. lat., south of 59ø 26.82' N. lat., and west of 153ø 37' W. long.;

(8) Area 8: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 26.82' N. lat., south of 59ø 33.28' N. lat., and west of 153ø 22.10' W. long.;

(9) Area 9: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 33.28' N. lat and west of 153ø 22.10' W. long.;

(10) Area 10: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 36' N. lat., south of 59ø 46.15' N. lat., and west of 152ø 50' W. long.;

(11) Area 11: those waters of the Kamishak Bay District north of 59ø 16.68' N. lat., south of 59ø 26.82' N. lat., west of 153ø 20' W. long., and east of 153ø 37' W. long.
